Smart Digital Hub provides AI-generated image-based social media creatives, caption and content writing, story/reel written content ideas, monthly content packages, and basic content strategy. We do not provide video production, video editing, paid ad management, SEO campaigns, or any services not listed above.
All plans are billed in full, in advance, on a monthly basis. Work begins only after payment is confirmed. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods.
Each deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Revision requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond 2 rounds may be charged separately.
All delivered content becomes the client's property upon full payment. Smart Digital Hub may display delivered work as portfolio samples unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project commencement.
We commit to delivering quality work as described in each plan. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts, leads, or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control including platform algorithms and client-side usage.
Either party may cancel future billing with 7 days' written notice via WhatsApp. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
Our services involve AI-powered creative work, planning, and writing that begins immediately after payment. Because all work is custom and time-invested, we cannot issue refunds once a plan is activated or work has commenced.
If you are not satisfied with a delivered item, please raise a revision request. We offer up to 2 revision rounds per item to align with your brief. Dissatisfaction with delivered work is not grounds for a refund — it is grounds for a revision.
A refund may be considered only if Smart Digital Hub fails entirely to deliver any work within 14 days of payment with no communication. This is assessed solely at our discretion.
